And while I was at it, I got aggravated with the situation people with distressed properites find themselves in. Nobody wanted to be where they are, even people with sub-prime loans. But they are and don't know what to do. So I ranted at the Mortgage Rescue Cafe.

Its a work in progress because it has such a revolutionary way of marketing peoples' homes for far less money than the traditional six percent commission. I mean hey--if your house is near, at or below what you paid for it, why should you have to pay six percent of its value to sell it?
